Student Visa
Studying in Australia
From 1 July 2016, all international students must apply for a Student visa (subclass 500) regardless of their chosen course of study. Student guardians should apply for the Student Guardian visa (subclass 590). Family members of Student visa holders should apply for their own student visa (subclass 500) if they do not currently hold a student visa and want to join their family members in Australia.
Working And Skilled Visa
Working In Australia
Australia has a number of visa options for individuals who wish to work or invest in Australia. These visas are designed to target genuine skill shortages, diversify business expertise, and increase entrepreneurial talent, without displacing Australian workers.
Employer-sponsored visa works two-way. It allows the Australian employers in shortage of skilled labor to sponsor specific skilled labor to serve their business needs. And, it also allows any kind of skilled labor of a foreign country to explore their employment options with Australian employers, in case they may need their skills.
Tourist Visa
Traveling To Australia
This visa lets you visit Australia to visit or for business visitor purposes for up to three, six, or 12 months.
You might be able to get this visa if you are traveling to Australia:
– As a visitor
– For business visitor activities
– To visit family
Family and Spousal Visa
The Partner Visas
This allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
The temporary Partner visa (subclass 820) is granted first and lets you stay in Australia while the permanent Partner visa (subclass 801) is processed.
You must be married or in a de facto relationship with:
-an Australian citizen
-an Australian permanent resident
-an eligible New Zealand citizen.
