Sheshni Pal is a Registered Migration Agent and the Director of Zenith Visa Services. Since her registration in 2018, she has provided professional advice and representation across the full breadth of Australian immigration law.
Her practice encompasses all visa categories, including Partner and Family visas, Prospective Marriage visas, Visitor visas, Student visas, Graduate and Skilled visas, Employer-Sponsored visas, Humanitarian and Protection visas, as well as applications for Australian Citizenship. In addition to primary applications, Sheshni regularly assists clients with complex matters such as visa cancellations, refusals, and appeals before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

Mr. Shane Sagar has been with Zenith Visa Services since 2023, serving as the firm’s dedicated Education Counsellor. Based in the Sydney office, Shane provides tailored guidance to students seeking to pursue their education in Australia, helping them navigate course selection, admissions, and student visa applications.
Holding his Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) certification, Shane is recognised for his knowledge of Australian education pathways and his commitment to supporting international students in achieving their academic and career goals. He

Ms. Ratishma Deo
Ratishma Deo has been part of Zenith Visa Services since 2022 and is the firm’s
Office Manager, based in the Sydney office. She works closely with the Director and
Registered Migration Agent, Sheshni Pal (MARN 1804568), is regarded as her
right hand in managing the practice.
In her role, Ratishma coordinates client matters across all Australian visa
subclasses, including Partner and Family visas, Prospective Marriage visas, Visitor
visas, Student visas, Graduate and Skilled visas, Employer-Sponsored visas, Humanitarian visas, and Australian Citizenship applications. She also supports clients with complex cases involving refusals, cancellations, and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) matters.
Alongside case management, Ratishma oversees Zenith’s social media and
marketing. She has played a key role in building the firm’s online presence and
engaging with communities in Australia and overseas, making migration advice and
updates accessible to a wide audience.

Mr. Mahendra Chaudhry
Mahendra Chaudhry is the Administration Officer at Zenith Visa Services and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s daily operations. Based in the Sydney office, he works closely with the Director, Office Manager, and wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient management of client files, documentation, and internal processes.
Since joining Zenith, Mahendra has become known for his reliability, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. He assists with coordinating client communications, managing records, and ensuring that applications are prepared and lodged in a timely and accurate manner.
